Welcome to Hui o Hawaii of Sacramento. As a cultural organization committed to preserving the Hawaiian culture through education, we are active in our community -- continuing the ancient art of hula, and participating in other Hawaiian-related events. Although our members come from diverse backgrounds, our -- hui--, Hawaiian for team, share the aloha spirit and practice the ohana or family feeling in all of our activities.

Our Hui General Membership Meetings are held quarterly. Also, the upcoming 2023 meetings will be posted soon at the membership page shortly after the above meeting. And, you can download/print out a reminder card. Typically, our meetings are the second Monday of the month (on location or ZOOM, so stay tuned). Feel free to attend as our meetings, even the Board Meetings as they're open sessions!

Backed by POPULAR DEMAND ... in 2022: The 2022 Sacramento Aloha Festival was held at the Gold Country Fairgrounds, Saturday, Sept 17th in Auburn, CA. What a fun time for all.

POSTPONED: Our 51st Anniversary Crab Feast has been postponed for 2022 and may occur in 2023. Our annual event is held the last Saturday of April and takes place at the Ben Ali Shrine Center in Sacramento. A big ALOHA goes to the Shriner's for allowing us to have our Crab Feast at their center year after year. Proceeds support higher education aspirations for qualified Hui members.

Lastly, after the pandemic has passed and it is safe to return, our hula group will resume performances at the Sacramento Aloha Festival and other Hawaiian venues in northern California.

We invite you to visit or participate in any of our events. And, please feel free to bring your family and friends. Aloha!
